1. Initial Consultation

3. Permits & Project Preparation
We coordinate the preparation and submission of construction documents to the appropriate city or county departments. Our team tracks the permitting process and works with consultants as needed to move the project toward approval.
4. Construction
Once permits are secured, construction begins. Our team manages the entire build process, coordinating trades, scheduling work, and maintaining quality at every stage. Throughout the project we keep communication open so you stay informed on progress and upcoming decisions.
5. Final Walkthrough
As the project nears completion, we walk through the finished space with you to ensure every detail meets expectations. Our goal is to deliver a space that is thoughtfully built, functional, and ready to be enjoyed for years to come.
